Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.
 

At BrownWebsiteStore, most of our work is custom-made for each client. This includes website design, website edits, graphic design, branding, and other digital services. Because of the personalized nature of this work, refunds are handled differently than they would be for physical products.

Project Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 7 days of purchase, provided that work has not already started on your project.

To request a cancellation, please contact us with a clear statement by email at support@brownwebsitestore.com or by phone at 647-558-6570.

If your project has already started, been discussed in detail, researched, drafted, designed, developed, or partially completed, we may issue a partial refund or no refund depending on the amount of work already completed.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following must apply:

- Your request must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date
- No substantial work has started on the project
- No final files, completed designs, website work, custom revisions, or digital deliverables have already been sent

Non-Refundable Services

Because our services are custom and tailored to each client, the following are generally non-refundable:

- Custom website design or development work
- Graphic design services
- Logo design, branding, and custom visual assets
- Website edits, redesigns, and coding work
- Digital files, completed deliverables, or downloaded assets
- Any project made to your specifications or personalized to your business
- Any service that has already been started, delivered, or completed

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if a project is canceled after work has already begun but before it has been fully completed. This helps reflect the time, communication, planning, design, and development work already invested into the order.

Any partial refund is issued at our discretion based on the stage of the project and the work already completed.

Revisions and Support

Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to contact us first so we can review the issue and try to make things right. In many cases, revisions or adjustments may be the best solution if something is not yet where you want it to be.

We aim to work fairly with our clients and resolve genuine concerns wherever possible.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days of confirmation. Refunds will be sent using the same payment method used for the original order unless otherwise agreed.

You will not be charged any additional fees by us for an approved refund, although your payment provider may have its own processing times.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We kindly ask that you contact us first before opening a payment dispute or chargeback. We are happy to review any concerns and try to reach a fair solution.

Opening a chargeback after receiving completed work, drafts, concepts, website edits, source files, or other digital deliverables may be treated as a violation of our service terms.
